PAI Receives 2007 Mildred Robbins Leet Award for the Advancement of Women

PAI has been chosen as a recipient of the 2007 Mildred Robbins Leet Award for the Advancement of Women. The award, given by Interaction's Commission on the Advancement of Women, is designed to honor "breakthroughs in women's empowerment and gender equality in the context of alleviating poverty and/or effective development." PAI is being recognized for demonstrating exceptional leadership in linking reproductive health services and environmental concerns through community-based population and environment work.
