Caitlin Horrigan, Legislative Policy Analyst

Caitlin Horrigan joined PAI’s U.S. Government Relations team in March 2009 and is excited to continue working through the legislative process to eliminate health disparities and increase access to vital reproductive health and family planning services worldwide. Most recently Caitlin worked for Planned Parenthood Federation of America where she tracked state legislation and provided technical assistance to state affiliates on emerging policy issues. She also previously coordinated legal advocacy efforts for Americans United for Separation of Church and State. Caitlin currently sits on the Executive Committee of the Women’s Information Network and has interned and volunteered with numerous progressive advocacy organizations and candidates. Originally from Massachusetts, Caitlin graduated from Vassar College with a B.A. in political science and has been living in DC since 2005
